Girl Scouts Greatest Hits
"We Change the World" (green)

Words are available as well.

We have 4 great c.d.'s to choose from. However, this volume is great for Junior's with hits such as On My Honor, Girl Scouts Together, "G" for Generosity, Make New Friends, and Juliette. Each C.D. has two versions of each song. The first includes the words and the second is the karaoke version.

Let's Celebrate! Girl Scout Ceremonies

Pack-O-Fun

Check out the latest addition of this great craft magazine. Any idea is sure to be a hit!

Girl Scouting and ceremonies go hand in hand. "Before Brownie Girl Scouts were considered part of the Girl Scout national program, Girl Scout ceremonies became a popular tool for leaders to prepare 10 year old Brownies to make their transition to Girl Scouts." Now these popular ceremony tools help you prepare Daisy Girl Scouts for the transition to Brownie Girl Scouts too!

There are a wide variety of ideas in both books for leaders to utilize. Remember, there is not a "right" way to organize and carry out a ceremony (flag etiquette makes the only exception to this rule) except to say that it fits the needs of your group.

Ceremonies in Girl Scouting. Check out pages 22-23 for a Brownie welcoming ceremony idea or 28-29 for ideas on Brownie Investiture ceremonies.

Let's Celebrate! Girl Scout Ceremonies. Learn more in this new informative ceremony book just released by GSUSA! Check out page 7 for the Three Basic Parts of a ceremony. Want to prepare for a Court of Awards? Take a look on page 36 for Brownie girl Scout Playlet. The fun doesn't end here, but it is a good place to start.

*Don't for get to utilize the Ceremony Worksheet found in either book, when planning your ceremony.

*Special training dates are occasionally set throughout the year to help you in planning ceremonies. Check your Eventual Happenings training section or In the Loop for new dates, time and place.
